Maine Medicaid Fraud "Ted Ceanneidigh" Investigation

Maine Medicaid official advises Ted Ceanneidigh (Pronounced Ted Kennedy), "If you don't have proof of income, then you have no income" despite the fact Ted says he works with "cash and precious metals." and says the Metal is "less traceable." The Medicaid official also encourages the man posing as Ted Ceanneidigh, "Don't say anything [about your corvette]."

This video features a dubious glitch towards the end where the audio starts skipping like a record while the video continues to play as normal, thus effectively losing the audio for the affected portion, which starts at 44:54 with and continues to the close of the video at 49:00. This would be the second Project Veritas video after "Full Unedited Footage of Conversation with NPR Foundation President Ron Schiller" earlier in the same year to feature a glitch like this.
