On June 17, 2016 News 12 New Jersey reported our investigation into Robert Klein, a middle school health teacher who was caught on camera offering Project Veritas journalists cocaine. In the news package, the reporter falsely accused James O'Keefe of being "convicted for his role in the break in of a Senator's office." Project Veritas immediately demanded a retraction and News 12 New Jersey admitted they reported false information and retracted their statement on live TV in multiple hours of the evening news.
