"HIDDEN CAM: NYC Democratic Election Commissioner, "They Bus People Around to Vote""

Published on Oct 11, 2016
In this new video released by Project Veritas, James O’Keefe exposes what everyone except Democrats have known to be true. There is a lot of voter fraud.

In the video, NYC Democratic Commissioner of the Board of Elections Alan Schulkin is caught on hidden camera at a United Federation of Teachers holiday party admitting that there is widespread voter fraud in New York City.

“Yeah, they should ask for your ID. I think there is a lot of voter fraud,” said Schulkin, who elaborated on the types of voter fraud that are taking place in New York.

“You know, I don’t think it’s too much to ask somebody to show some kind of an ID…Like I say, people don’t realize, certain neighborhoods in particular they bus people around to vote,” said Schulkin.

@Project_Veritas confronts former US Attorney Jim Letten, members of media, to speak Truth To Power

NJO: Title, video and blurb from James O'Keefe's YouTube channel VeritasVisuals.

Published on Aug 26, 2013
Project Veritas confronts former US Attorney Jim Letten at Tulane University, where he is now employed as a dean at the law school

Letten resigned in disgrace when his office was found attempting to manipulate open trials by disparaging the reputation of defendants on online public forums

There is reason to believe the US Department Of Justice pressured Letten's office back in 2010 to prosecute O'Keefe. After the incident in Sen. Landrieu's office, in which videographers sought to ascertain whether constituent phone calls were being answered, Letten recused from the case, only to pass it to associates within the office that even included Sen. Landreiu's brother.

When confronted, Letten only came out of his office after contacting various members of law enforcement. He then proceeded to swear at our reporters, created fictional crimes, made false statements in front of police, and even committed a minor assault. He acted with complete impunity, as the police officers patiently waited in silence until the conclusion of his tirade, only to then detain our reporters under another fictional pretense.

Our videographers decided to take the message of "truth to power" to journalism outfits across the NYC metro area -- asking them to accept a copy of Breakthrough and to participate in the practice of releasing full raw tapes with all of their investigations.

A special appearance is made by our great friend Gavin McIness, Fox News contributor and founder of Vice, who more than anyone understands the problems facing our lapdog media.

Minions / fellow culture warriors involved:

Gavin McInnes

Gavin McInnes
NJO: It's only prudent to note that Gavin McInnes (cheap bastard typing the blurb couldn't be bothered to spell his name right) is a regular contributor to the far-right, openly racist magazine website TakiMag.com, having written 168 articles for it by my count on August 29th 2013.

The Gavin McInnes bit starts at 07:10 and features the charming sight of James O'Keefe receiving verbal fellatio from this whiskery middle-aged man who I'm given to understand used to be kind of a big thing in New York hipster circles. And who currently writes on a regular basis for a racist shitrag, as I just mentioned. Ah well, whatever floats your boat I guess. Anyway, in terms of arousal, James has a definite tumescent sort of look about him by 07:48, just as someone pops out the door of the row house behind them and stands there not knowing what to do for a moment before deciding to stay inside till they're done. By the eight minute mark James is just standing there with a big dumb grin on his face, licking his lips and nodding away like "UNNNGH this is exactly the quality of verbal fellatio that James O'Keefe likes to receive and in a just world would be receiving ALL THE TIME." Alas, it ends rather abruptly, with Whiskery Hipster Friend Gavin asking "Where are the balls?", followed by a cut to a clip of Rachel Maddow talking. What a tease!

While I'm on the subject of oral sex metaphors, it's only a matter of record that James O'Keefe has made use of them here and there too, so I'm in good company. Also please note that I did manage to steer clear of the hoary old "coming in someone's mouth as an assertion of dominance" cliché that James seems to favor, which I think you'll agree shows some degree of class on my part. I do try to keep this a family blog, after all.

That's to say nothing of the first seven minutes ten seconds. Except: Holy shit, this child can whine! Greets worse than a wee bairn, as we might say in Scotland. And what is he even whining about, really, when it comes down to it? That, what, there was this proposed bill to bring healthcare affordability to millions of people, save lives and all that jazz, and seeing how he and his buddies are Good Christians and all, they naturally felt it was their Christian duty to try to hinder this in some way, even if it was just a perfunctory "keeping up appearances for Jesus" token effort, and so he and his Real True Good Christian buddies went and planned some bullshit sting operation against Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) who was in support of the legislation, but then in the execution of said sting things went balls-up, and they got arrested for it, and then for some reason he had all these beastly people paying attention to him and hating on him for doing these bullshit sting things --- exactly like what happened to Jesus! --- and he had to do community service, and... and the bill passed anyway, and the millions of people ended up getting their fucking healthcare, and up in heaven Jesus (the real one, not the wussified one that those fag hippies in Boston presumably believed in, haw!) wept a little bit and sent James a head-message saying "Son, what matters is U Tried", and then three years eight months after doing the thing James still hadn't learned anything or grown as a person, hence the interminable amount of whining and tantrum-throwing like some sort of lumbering toddler-man, a product of apparently really flaky parents who apparently never taught their child how to behave?

Yeah, I think that about sums it up.

What a sad farce.

James O’Keefe in Defense of Taping Mitch McConnell, and Everyone Else

April 15th 2013, 4:45 am

Anti-taping laws hurt democracy by shielding the powers that be from accountability, writes provocateur James O’Keefe.

“Break in, bribe, seduce and lie; anything to break through that palace guard and get the story,” said investigative reporter Robert Scheer, according to a article by Abbie Hoffman in a decades-old edition of Mother Jones magazine. Sometimes I’ve broken through the palace guards, and other times the palace guards have nearly broken me. What didn’t jail me made me stronger and smarter. I’ve become all too familiar with civil and criminal statutes that are bad for democracy because they insolate those vested in a public trust from democratic accountability.

Those embroiled in fraud rarely make unprovoked admissions of licentious behavior, which is precisely why covert tactics are effective in exposing the truth. Yet the problem lies in the consequences of applying Scheer’s rule. If I were on the left, pushing the legal limits of recordings by secretly taping meetings of the National Rifle Association, I’d be a cause célèbre and win awards for journalistic excellence. Because my passion so far has been exposing government-funded sacred cows and disrupting statist narratives, I am an apostate. Therein the tragedy lies; a free press is supposed to defend the rights of journalists with whom they disagree. It’s not just ignoble for the mainstream to ignore my First Amendment crises when they’ve arisen; journalists who reflexively call for my prosecution put themselves outside their own values, assuming that support for the First Amendment is one of them. They must now confront these values head-on as surreptitious recordings spark a mainstream renaissance, opening the floodgates to a veritable constitutional crisis over privacy, consent, and the ability to protect anonymous whistleblowers.

Mother Jones magazine’s Washington bureau chief, David Corn, recently won a Polk journalism award after publishing a series of clandestine recordings. Writing later about how he came into possession of the tape, Corn noted that the recording raised a “question of possible criminal prosecution” in Florida, a two-party-consent state. His lawyers advised Scott Prouty (the bartender who captured then candidate Romney’s now famous “47 percent” comments), his anonymous source at the time, to “shut up and keep your head low.” This week, Corn stands to win another journalism award from Ithaca College for “outstanding achievement in independent media,” a week after a recording was released that captured a private conversation in Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s Kentucky campaign office. Corn’s latest story could trigger felony eavesdropping charges. The FBI is investigating, and an official in the group Progress Kentucky has subsequently resigned, saying he “does not condone any allegations of illegal activity that might have taken place.” The murky nature of the Kentucky law makes it unclear whether it’s legal to record a barely audible conversation, according to NBC News. Sadly, rather than being viewed from the onset as a freedom-of-press issue, these debates split neatly down party lines, contingent upon who’s being investigated.

I received a unique education in this murkiness. My punishment—and I’m hardly the first journalist to be put through the legal wringer for aggressively pursuing the truth—changed my behavior. I’m hesitant to go into federal buildings, for example. I haven’t been arrested again for a reason.
But it also forced me to take my work to a new level. I may or may not have tapes of a federal employee committing fraud. I’ve spent the last few days with lawyers dissecting 18 U.S.C. § 1001, prohibiting anyone from making “materially false,” fictitious, or fraudulent statements to the federal government. Whether an undercover reporter fibbing about a scenario is making a “materially false” statement is any lawyer’s guess. There is virtually no case law on this point, and no analysis of the two cases where the statue is discussed. Anybody who tells a harmless fib to a federal-government employee potentially risks everything; we are not talking about a slap on the wrist, we are talking about a quarter-million dollar fine, a felony conviction, and the destruction of one’s reputation in the media. Therefore, the federal government is shielded from the type of reporting Mother Jones, NBC’s To Catch a Predator, and ABC’s Primetime have all won awards for.

Statement Regarding CNN

NJO: Source.

by James O'Keefe

Now that I’ve had a chance to watch CNN’s “Right on the Edge” documentary, I’m happy to comment. I apologize for not saying anything sooner, but don’t want to comment until I have all the facts at my disposal.

As you can imagine in our line of work, we get lots of leads, ideas, schemes and “punked” style plans sent to us all the time. If you were to roam through my personal emails there are many outrageous plans, some parts of which I may approve of in principal with an “I like it” in an email thread. But I may well object to a host of things about the plan, though I like the objective.

NJO: Ugh. The first sentence of the second paragraph, with its weasel switch to plural pronouns, "our, we, us."

When the CNN idea was pitched to me, I’ll admit that I liked the basic absurdity of meeting Abbie Boudreau on a boat and the idea of counter-seduction satire executed in a tame, humorous, non-threatening manner. After all, as all liberal reporters do, she was trying to “seduce” (a metaphor) me so she could get more for her story. It would be fun, I thought, to turn the tables in jest. However, I was repulsed by the over-the-top language and symbolism that was suggested in the memo that was sent to me, and never considered that for a moment.

In my version, the reporter was never going to be placed in a threatening situation. She would have had to consent before being filmed and she was not going to be faux “seduced” unless she wanted to be.  If a CNN reporter would be willing to engage in such a folly, it might even be more newsworthy than Rick Sanchez’s firing.  (CNN also has Elliot Spitzer on payroll. He’s done more outrageous things than anything I’ve ever gotten in my in-box).

The sexually explicit document CNN is now “reporting” on was never going to be implemented as written. She saw how I was dressed that day, with my usual blazer and collared shirt. In the document she reported as being “authentic,” I was supposed to have been dressed with my chest exposed, slicked backed hair, with gold chains. That ought to have been a red flag the document was not a reflection of my true intentions. Ms. Boudreau was never going to be put in the bizarre situations outlined in the document CNN reported. There were no mirrors, sex tapes, blindfolds, fuzzy handcuffs, posters of naked women, or music. Sorry, you were not going to see my face saying the words “Bubble Headed Beach Blonde who comes on at 5” into a video camera.  Those are Don Henley lyrics – and we know, thanks to Chuck DeVore, how much Henley loathes parody.

I do believe that Izzy Santa, who came to Ms. Boudreau with the documents and the story, was simply trying to protect me and the organization from a dangerous and objectionable plan, one sent to me in my personal emails that she assumed, wrongly, and probably due to my own lack of communication to her, that I was going to implement. Nothing in the document was implemented.

NJO: Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit.

On August 10, a week before the meeting, James sent an email to three people: Project Veritas staffer Izzy Santa, Jonathon Burns of St Louis Tea Party, and author of the "CNN Caper" document Ben Wetmore, asking "Ben, you think I could get her on the boat?"

It should be noted that James has known Ben Wetmore since c.2005 when Wetmore was a staffer and field representative for Morton Blackwell's Leadership Institute, and that James had worked with Wetmore a number of times prior to this incident, and that James had described Wetmore as "a mentor of mine; a genius" in September 2009.

On August 13, four days before the meeting, James sent an email to Izzy Santa, saying "Please go to fedex and print out pleasure palace graphic on large banner - needs to be ready by late tonight - if possible..."

Here's the graphic:

On August 14, three days before the meeting, he sent another email to Izzy Santa, saying "Could you come down Tuesday for the CNN operation - I'll need another person around." The "CNN Caper" document written by Ben Wetmore refers to the plan as an "operation" five times.

On August 17 at 8:04AM, Izzy Santa sends an email to an unknown party, attesting that "James has staged the boat to be a palace of pleasure with all sorts of props, wants to have a bizarre sexual conversation with her."

At about 12:30PM on the same day, Abbie Boudreau meets Izzy Santa in the vicinity of the house and boat being used by James O'Keefe, and then a short time later, in the same place, encounters James O'Keefe. By Boudreau's account, Santa again claims that James is planning to "gag" CNN, and again attests that props are on the boat, this time specifying "strawberries and champagne." Also, by Boudreau's account, James asks her (Boudreau), "What are you ashamed of?" The idea of the female journalist having some sort of shame attached to her -- which is the disgusting theme of the second part of the CNN Caper document -- would appear to loom in James' mind here.

The "strawberries and champagne" are new details not mentioned in the document, which suggests that 1) the plan to get Boudreau on the boat and humiliate her using props was still on, and that 2) the specifics had been revised somewhat. That second point is what James focuses on in the third, fourth and fifth paragraphs, that the document "was never going to be implemented as written." He has notably less to say about what, exactly, was going to be implemented -- indeed, it's almost as if he's trying to deflect attention away from that by bringing up stupid shit like hairstyle discrepancies and lyrics and such -- but the gist has already been made clear: Grudge against CNN; Boat staged with suggestive props; "James O'Keefe Pleasure Palace"; Get female CNN reporter on boat; Shame On Her.

At the very least, James' statement that "Nothing in the document was implemented" does not sit well in agreement with his request to Santa to print out the Pleasure Palace graphic. One might even say that when he said that "Nothing in the document was implemented", he was doing that thing vulgarly known as "lying." And if I was counting, I might also say he was using passive voice to defocus attention from his personal agency in this thing that he did here which he then lied about in this lie that he told here.

I could also mention Boudreau's observations that Santa's lip was shaking and that she had some dirt on her face. This strongly suggests to me that someone may have just assaulted her. It's very disappointing that Boudreau and her crew did not, apparently, follow up on this.

I never wanted to be part of a CNN documentary because I know that CNN claims to be fair minded yet is not. Their pursuit of a non-story based on a document I neither produced, nor followed, confirms what we already know: “The most trusted name in news” can’t be trusted.  Look at their reporting.

CNN has falsely reported on every major investigation we’ve ever been a part of. For example, on September 10, 2009 CNN broadcasted we were “basically thrown out“  of the ACORN offices we visited. We weren’t. When the other tapes were released, it was shown we were not “thrown out” of any offices. (We’re still waiting on their correction.) On June 1st, 2010, CNN falsely reported we “plead guilty following an attempt to tamper.” We didn’t and they issued a correction. Now this.

I provided CNN with a clear statement that the document in question was objectionable. Still, they sent their “Special Investigations Unit” out in a failed attempt to discredit me. They do this not because they want to get to the truth, but because they are threatened by a bunch of independent journalists with video cameras uncovering the stories that they went to J-School to find.

Abbie Boudreau and Scott Zamost need to start worrying about – and covering – real abuses that are actually happening at Planned Parenthood, ACORN, or in Charlie Rangel’s office. They need to start producing the type of investigations young people with shoestring budgets and flair are investigating.

I can assure my supporters and my misguided adversaries that Project Veritas will continue to work to produce the investigative reports that CNN and others in the mainstream media have failed to deliver. It’s time to get back to work. Projects will be released soon. That inbox is getting full again.

And you never know what bizarre idea I’m going to need to reject next . . .

On August 6th, I was privileged to give a talk on the importance of undercover journalism vs. stenography – what the mainstream media usually does.

Transcript from freerepublic.com but originally from projectveritas.com:
Transcript of James O'Keefe speech to the G.K. Chesterton society at Mount St. Mary's in Maryland

Project Veritas ^ | Aug. 13 2010 | James O'Keefe

Karl Marx said that philosophers have explained the world; it is our job to change it. I say Chesterton has explained what's wrong with the wrong; it is our job to restore it.

A specter is haunting the powerful and the corrupt, and that is the specter of the independent, free, renegade video journalist. That journalist seeks to correct the wrongs of the society we live in. There is a lot wrong with the society we live in. Chesterton says, [paraphrasing] "The position we now have reached is this. Starting from the state, we try to remedy the failures of all the families, all the nurseries, all the workshops, all the secondary institutions that once had some authority of their own. Everything is ultimately brought into the courts." It seems like the world has become one giant divorce court.

NJO: Video and blurb from Christian Hartsock's YouTube channel. The song is a reworked version of an earlier O'Keefe and Dini jobby called "Hot Action" which was used in James' "UCLA Condoms" video. Here's my transcription of the lyrics:

Take, take, take your time
Hope that you can find
A way to make it right
To get your sleep at night

Listen to my basics
Open your mouth and taste it
Don't be afraid to face it
Give up your comfortable
Hundred K solution
Kickback contribution
For the truer use than
What you come to know

We need a bit of action
That will give this the traction
That's a matter of faction
Why don't you bring, we kick the door (?)
To give some satisfaction
When you take civil action
We'll go out and attack them
Investigate and hit the ground

Corruption all around
Hard to pin it down
Blinded by your lie
Truth is my disguise

Try to call us racists
Makin' up stupid space lists
All them haters faceless
Well they ain't in the know
Gonna interrupt 'em
Fraud and waste and corruption
Find you, make you famous
So let's start the show

(Chorus x2)
