What
makes Project Veritas Action so successful? This video clip highlights
some of our previous videos, illustrates the dedication of our staff,
shows direct results of our work and provides examples of some of the
impact of our undercover videos.
In this video released by Project Veritas Action Fund, James O’Keefe exposes Ohio’s Democratic candidate for Senate, Ted Strickland, and his real positions on the issues of coal and guns. In the video, PVA journalists approach Strickland and ask him about his position on coal, which he made very clear, saying, “I am not, you know a cheerleader for the coal industry.”
In the third video of this series on Common Core, undercover videographers expose another textbook executive. In the video, the sales executive shows some of the political ideology behind Common Core with statements like there:

“They don’t agree with Islam, so they don’t want their kids to know about it. They don’t agree with birth control so they don’t want their kids to talk about it. record video at Grimes fundraising event attended by Hollywood mogul
Harvey Weinstein, real estate tycoon Niko Elmaleh and New York Knicks
owner James Dolan at a swanky NY restaurant. She will do what she has to
do to get elected then “f**k” the coal industry, says the major donor.
Kentucky U.S. Senate candidate
Alison Grimes has vehemently and repeatedly claimed to oppose President
Obama’s coal and environmental policies in what has become an
increasingly significant campaign issue. A team of investigative
journalists, led by Project Veritas Action’s founder James O’Keefe, went
undercover in multiple Grimes campaign offices to determine if her
opposition to the core principles of her own political party is genuine
or an intentional deception.
More celebrities and Hollywood dealmakers caught on hidden camera accepting money from "Middle Eastern oil interests"
HOLLYWOOD, CA -- June 5, 2014 - In a blockbuster new video,
Project Veritas exposes more of the darker side of how Hollywood funds
its anti-fracking propaganda.
New York Times Bestselling Author
and investigative filmmaker, James O'Keefe, released the second part of
"Exposé: Hollywood's War on U.S. Energy."
The much-anticipated
sequel includes a cameo appearance from Oscar-winning actress and
outspoken activist Susan Sarandon, and features Chris Talbott, a 20-year
member of Sarandon's team and a Documentary Fellow of the Sundance Film
Program.
In the video, three undercover video journalists posing
as "Muhammed" (the Middle Eastern oil baron), "Brandon," and "Steven"
(the advertising executives) meet with Sarandon. Sarandon refers
"Muhammed" to Chris Talbott, her Activism Manager and one of the
producers of her Oscar-winning film "Dead Man Walking."
With the
introduction made by Sarandon, the video journalists posing as
"Muhammed" and "Steven" meet with Talbott a week later. The meeting was
caught on tape. Talbott confirms to "Muhammed" that he "told Susan we
were meeting today" and that he "speaks with Susan or her assistant
every day."
Once again, similar to the investigative report of
Academy Awards Governor Ed Begley Jr., Actress Mariel Hemingway, and
Environmental Filmmaker Josh Tickell, the offer is made for millions of
funding for an environmental documentary aimed at ending domestic
natural gas production in the US.
Once again, "Muhammed"
seemingly finds a willing recipient of the money -- even after clearly
stating that his goal is to use environmentalist propaganda to undermine
fracking and destroy American energy independence. The stated motive:
Profit for his family's oil empire.
Project Veritas founder and president, James O'Keefe, stated Wednesday:
"This
latest investigation proves that the Tickell-Begley-Hemingway
deal-making was not an isolated incident. The Hollywood environmentalist
left is willing to take money from explicitly anti-American interests
to fund their movies. The American people deserve to know the truth
about how movies are made and the lengths Hollywood will go to undermine
American energy independence and national security."
O'Keefe noted: "Of course, the best film franchises are usually trilogies."

-- In a blockbuster new video, Project Veritas has exposed the truth
about the dark funding behind Hollywood's anti-fracking messaging
machine.
New York Times Bestselling Author and Project Veritas
founder and president James O'Keefe debuted the latest investigation at a
"premiere" in Cannes, France on Wednesday.
In the
investigation, an undercover journalist from Project Veritas posed as a
member of a Middle Eastern oil dynasty and offered $9 million in funding
to American filmmakers to fund an anti-fracking movie.
In video
from a meeting with Ed Begley Jr., Mariel Hemingway and Josh Tickell, a
Project Veritas investigator disguised as "Muhammed" offered $9 million
for an anti-fracking film. "Muhammad" clearly states: "If Washington
DC continues fracking, America will be energy efficient, and then they
won't need my oil anymore."
In the same conversation, Begley and
Hemingway accept the funding and agree to hide the source of funds for
the anti-fracking movie. Hemingway agreeing that those who will know
the source of the funding are "only at this table."
Ed Begley
Jr. is an outspoken environmental activist and current Governor on the
board of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science (the
organization that brings us the OSCARS every year.)
Mariel Hemingway is a Golden Globe- and Oscar-nominated actress.
Josh
Tickell is a Sundance Film Festival Winner and the director of
environmental message movies "Fuel", "The Big Fix" and "PUMP".
Team
Begley even submitted a video of Oscar-nominated actor Mark Ruffalo
offering his unwavering support for the fictitious anti-fracking film
project.
The meeting came about after a series of discussions
with Josh and Rebecca Tickell. A Project Veritas journalist posed as an
ad executive seeking to broker a deal for his client ("Muhammed") to
fund an American-made anti-fracking film.
In a phone
call to Tickell, the ad executive states: "My client's interest is to
end American energy independence; your interest is to end fracking. And
you guys understand that?"
Tickell's response: "Correct. Yes, super clear."
Tickell
makes it clear on the tape that revealing the source of funding for an
activist film can undermine its credibility. Tickell notes that the
movie "Promised Land" undermined its own message because it was labeled
as being funded by Image Nation Abu Dhabi. His advice: "So rather than
putting that [the source of funding] up front, don't mention that."
In
a follow-up call with Josh and Rebecca Tickell, Rebecca Tickell assures
our investigator: "We would never tell about where the funding is
coming from. That would be really awkward for us."
Josh
Tickell: "We're confident that we can keep this zip locked, you know
tight, air-tight forever. If we don't protect who is kind of funding
this thing, if we have to disclose that or that becomes a necessary part
of it, the whole enterprise will not work."
Project Veritas founder and president James O'Keefe stated Wednesday:
"This
latest investigation shows the dark side of Hollywood's environmental
movement. Hollywood is willing to take and conceal money from Middle
Eastern oil interests in order to advance their cause of destroying
American energy independence."
Project

or parties. The purpose of Project Veritas' investigations is to expose
waste, fraud, dishonesty and self-dealing.

Newark local SEIU President Rahaman Muhammad
explains on our new tape, a fake company could get your tax money just
to dig ditches and fill them back up again, but it "depends on Democrats
being in office."
Muhammad also said that Democrats like Senator
Robert Menendez "get support from the union," and as long as we say that
we're with SEIU, "Menendez gonna be like 'Oh, for real? SEIU? Oh good,
great!'"
The SEIU explains this conflict of interest as well as their disdain for Newark mayor Corey Booker.

Undercover
reporters posing as "Earth Supply and Renewal" -- group dedicated to

Legislator, and former NY Assemblyman, who tell them how to secure
funding for "Bullshit" Green jobs.
John Hutchings, member of the
Broome County legislature, told the undercover reporters posing as
"Earth Supply and Renewal" his opinion on taxpayer-funded grant
contracts; "You know the Green Jobs -- Green NY, between us, a lot of it
is bullsh*t". Anthony Tocci, business manager for Local 601, tells
Earth Supply and Renewal "You just wanna(sic) get the money. Then you
figure out afterwards" Former NY assemblyman Ron Tocci is also featured
laughing about the irony of the company's services: "One thing about it,
it's shovel ready."

mentorial influence on James' life.
Too
often those on the right are content to give charts, statistics and pristine
figures for our arguments. We let the other side roll out fake grandmothers,
women lying about recycling cans for food, fake claims of hate crimes and
wonder why, even when these incidents are proven wrong time and time again,
we keep losing to people. Only when one confronts
a leftist who is screaming about the tragic death of Matthew Shepherd
and points out that it had nothing to do with his homosexuality and everything
to do with a drug deal gone wrong, does one understand the mentality of
the other side. When they learn the truth they simply don't care, they
keep screaming about hate crimes. So this isn't a claim
to become as irrational as the other side, or merely to parrot back opposing
moral outrage to our issues somewhat artificially. No, we ought to set
our own real priorities, examine how the proposals on our side and theirs
affect real people, and then apply real instances that have a strong emotional
appeal for those who are not well educated on our topics. The emotional appeals
can become a hook from which they learn the facts and the figures and
statistics that show that our side is truthful and honest about these
problems, but we can't forget that crucial middle point of attracting
people in the first place through emotional appeals to become interested
in our topics and solutions.
